To the fullest extent permitted by law, MegatronLabs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of, or inability to use, Screencastr.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
